Our handmade traditional hilopites Mama Irene are crafted with fresh daily milk and fresh eggs.
Due to the slow-drying process, it retains its nutrients and remains exceptionally soft and full of flavor. They are ideal for everyday family meals, traditional recipes, comfort dishes and classic Greek meze plates.
Serving Suggestions: With feta cheese and melted fresh butter. With sage gently sautéed in butter. With slow-cooked beef in tomato sauce. With wine-braised rooster (classic Greek dish).
