Ingredients : Greek durum wheat bulgur, wild forest mushrooms (porcini, oyster, black fungus), dried onion, parsley, garlic
Each pack contains 300g / 6 servings
Boiling time: 15′-20 ‘
Ratio 1 cup Forest mix to 4-5 cups liquid. Pour the Forest mix in boiling water or broth and cook for 15 ‘. Add olive oil, sea salt, pepper. Remove from the heat, cover with a towel and leave for another 5 ‘. For a juicier soup, add more liquid.
