Fresh vegetable tagliatelle with grilled fish

The most delicious, with the freshest and purest ingredients, @mamairenepasta pasta gave us a healthy and playful meal today, satisfying the requirements of young and old !!

Always following the #nofoodwastephilosophy, we used the fish that was left from yesterday and the result was excellent !! #mamairenepasta

What we need:

  • 250 gr. Fresh vegetable tagliatelle @mamairenepasta
  • 100 gr. grilled fish
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes
  • ¼ cup chopped olives
  • 1 Tbps olive oil
  • garlic powder
  • onion powder
  • thyme

How to cook:

  1. Cook in the boiling water the fresh vegetable tagliatelle for 3′-4′.
  2. At the same time in a deep bowl pour the rest of the ingredients and as soon as pasta is ready, drain and mix.
  3. So simple!

*** Instead of fish you can put tuna!
*** You can add anything else you think fits (sun-dried tomatoes, peppers, corn).
*** Ideal recipe for clearing the fridge !!!
