What we need:

  • 1 cup. orzo
  • 10 cherry tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 1 Tbps olive oil
  • 1 κ.γ. dry oregano
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 tablespoons sliced black olives
  • 1/3 cup. feta cheese cut into small cubes
  • 1/2 cup. white wine
  • 2 cups. hot water
  • 1 vegetable broth

How to cook:

  1. In a pan, add the olive oil over medium heat, the cherry tomatoes, oregano, salt and pepper and sauté for 3 minutes.
  2. Add the wine, fresh vegetable orzo, olives and stir.
  3. Finally, add the water and broth and lower the heat. Cook for about 8 minutes.
  4. When the orzo is cooked and the juices are absorbed, add the feta cheese and stir. Remove from the heat.
  5. Place in a bowl and serve warm.
