What we need
- Trahanas. I use of course pure trahana with bio goat milk Mama Irene Pasta In the recipe i give you the amount you will need with boiled trahana, but estimate that you will need about half a cup of uncooked trahana. Follow the instructions for boiling on the package and let it cool.
- Vegetables. Onion, carrot botyh of them grated.
- Parsley. Parsley. I always have chopped parsley ready in the freezer.
- Oat flakesThese fluffy meatballs with trahana were created with ingredients i wanted to finish.
- Cheese. And here came the feta that was left in the fridge, but also grated cream cheese because i wanted more flavor. A whole type of cheese can be included, but each one gives its own taste.
- Eggs. To combine the mixture.
- Extra virgin olive oil.
- Spices and herbs. Curry, oregano and thyme dried.
