What we need:
- 1 pack farfalle mamairenepasta
- 4 chicken legs without skin
- 1 bottle of beer (preferably weiss) 500ml
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp. sweet paprika
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper
And this is where I made my intervention and just before I take the chicken out of the pot, I added 1 tbsp. honey and fresh juice of half an orange.
How to cook:
Season thechicken legs with the spices and a little olive oil to stick. Saute over high heat on both sides and then add the onion and stir to sauté as well.
Add the beer and leave the pot uncovered over medium heat for 5 minutes. Then, lower the heat, cover it and “forget” it until the bones slips from the chicken
In another pot, cook the farfalle pasta for 9 ‘in boiling water.
Once the chicken is ready, we search, dip a little bread in it so that we can taste the juice and then (if we have not ‘fallen’ with our faces all over the pot) we mix with the farfalle and serve! It’s a dream!
