Made from Greek wheat, no added salt and 100% natural ingredients.
Due to the slow-drying process, it retains its nutrients and remains exceptionally soft and full of flavor.

Serving Suggestions: In chicken soup or beef soup. As a filling for pies. With feta cheese & sun-dried tomatoes. With olives, oregano and toasted bread. As a “trahanotto” with slow-cooked beef in tomato sauce. Mixed into meatball (yuvarlakia) dough. With grilled tofu. With roasted asparagus & cherry tomatoes.
