Co-Founder • CEO
Kotopoulou Christina
I graduated in Project Management in Larissa and began the Mama Irene journey in 2009 alongside my mother and grandmother. Driven by my passion for creativity, gastronomy, and branding, I gradually took over the company’s development, transforming Mama Irene into a multi-award-winning artisanal pasta brand with international presence. Today, I focus on the company’s strategic growth, branding, and export expansion, with the vision of creating a new generation of pasta for modern families around the world.
Co-Founder • Production Director
Machairas Kostas
I graduated from a woodworking and furniture design school, while also spending many years working in our family furniture manufacturing business. In 2020, together with Christina, we decided to dedicate ourselves exclusively to Mama Irene, with the vision of evolving the company and creating something truly unique for the international food market. Today, I oversee the company’s production operations and continuous development, focusing every day on quality, consistency, and attention to detail. My experience in craftsmanship, technical precision, and production organization is a key part of the Mama Irene philosophy: products created with care, consistency, and high quality standards.
Inspired by Real Families
Happy Kids
Our children became the inspiration behind the Happy Kids collection. We wanted to create products that help children enjoy food while giving parents confidence in the everyday choices they make for their families. With love, imagination, and a strong focus on healthy nutrition, we create products designed for modern families seeking more creative, nutritious, and high-quality options. Our motto: “Changing the way we eat… Eating healthier.”
Little hands blw
Eleni Katsouli
I am a kindergarten teacher, stay-at-home mom, and creator of Little Hands BLW. Through my own motherhood journey, I created a space dedicated to baby-led weaning, healthy nutrition, and helping children build a positive relationship with food from their very first steps. My collaboration with Mama Irene is built on shared values: care for children, trust, quality nutrition, and everyday support for modern families.
