Mama Irene<\/strong> handmade roasted sour trahanas<\/strong> is crafted with homemade yogurt from fresh farm cow\u2019s milk.
The dough is slowly baked for hours \u2014 following the traditional Pontian recipe \u2014 so it develops its characteristic toasted surface and the rich, deep flavour that makes it truly unique.<\/p>\n

Made from Greek wheat, with no added salt <\/strong>and 100% natural ingredients<\/strong>.
Due to the slow-drying process, it retains its nutrients and remains exceptionally easy to diges<\/strong>t, soft and naturally full of flavour.<\/p>\n

Ideal for warm soups, pies, comfort bowls and nutritious everyday meals.<\/p>\n

Serving Suggestions: In chicken soup or beef soup. As a filling for pies. With feta cheese & sun-dried tomatoes. With olives, oregano and toasted bread. As a \u201ctrahanotto\u201d with slow-cooked beef in tomato sauce. Mixed into meatball (yuvarlakia) dough. With grilled tofu. With roasted asparagus & cherry tomatoes.
