I use of course pure <a href=\"http:\/\/mamairenepasta.gr\/el\/products\/25-trahanas-with-bio-goat-milk-happy-kids-5200126260349.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">trahana with bio goat milk Mama Irene Pasta<\/a> In the recipe i give you the amount you will need with boiled trahana, but estimate that you will need about half a cup of uncooked trahana. Follow the instructions for boiling on the package and let it cool.<\/li><li><strong>Vegetables<\/strong>. Onion, carrot botyh of them grated.<\/li><li><strong>Parsley<\/strong>. Parsley. I always have chopped parsley ready in the freezer.<\/li><li><strong>Oat flakes<\/strong>These fluffy meatballs with trahana were created with ingredients i wanted to finish.<\/li><li><strong>Cheese<\/strong>. And here came the feta that was left in the fridge, but also grated cream cheese because i wanted more flavor. A whole type of cheese can be included, but each one gives its own taste.<\/li><li><strong>Eggs<\/strong>. To combine the mixture.<\/li><li><strong>Extra virgin olive oil<\/strong>.<\/li><li><strong>Spices<\/strong> and <strong>herbs<\/strong>.
